WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES WIWORLDANDI ACCEPT?

Wiworldandi accepts the following forms of payment for purchases: At Wiworldandi.com , we are using Shopify Secured Checkout encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. We accept the following forms of payment for purchases:

CAN I PAY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

Prices for customers based in Europe are in €EUR.
Prices for customers based in North America are in $USD.
Prices for customers based in Singapore are in $SGD.
Currently, we are not able to accept payment in local currencies apart from that. And there is exchange rate fee if you have a bank account in a different currency due to your bank policy.

WHY WAS MY PURCHASE DECLINED?

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please email to info@wiworldandi.com. We’d be happy to make any changes before you receive shipping confirmation. If your order is already shipped, then we will not be able to cancel your order. But you can return or exchange your order if you need.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Usually an order confirmation may take a few hours due to bank authorization process. Kindly please check your junk/spam folder in case the order confirmation got filtered away from your regular
inbox. If you have still not received your order confirmation, please email Info@wiworldandi.com for further help. If you have placed your order on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, please note that your order will not be shipped out until the following business day.

DO YOU OFFER TAX-FREE PURCHASE?

Please note the sales tax will be applied automatically according to your shipping addresses.

Please note that Wiworldandi does not offer Tax-free purchases or VAT refunds.

WHICH EUROPEAN COUNTRIES WIWORLDANDI SHIP TO?
WIWORLDANDI ships to all countries within the EU. If your country is not listed under the country list during check-out then please feel free to reach out to us at info@wiworldandi.com and we would be happy to help you further.
WHAT IS WIWORLDANDI'S SHIPPING POLICY?

All Wiworldandi products are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. The majority of our orders are shipped with our cooperation courier UPS within 5-7 working days to EU countries and cost depending on country of orders which will appear upon check-out.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. This email will also include a link to the shipping provider’s website so you can follow the progress of your package.

If for some reason you do not receive an email, please email us at info@wiworldandi.com and we will gladly provide your shipping and tracking information.

Warehouse processes web orders from Monday morning, until Friday afternoon. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

We will always try to deliver goods within the times stated, but please note that some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. You can be sure that we will do our best to solve any delivery problems with the minimal delay. Please be mindful of local Holidays as Wi is based in Spain. Our shipping carriers are also closed on select days, and the volume of orders received will increase and may extend the time in transit. And for all orders delivered outside of the EU, duties and taxes may apply. wiworldandi has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates. The recipient of the package is responsible for these charges, and they may need to pay the courier company directly in order to complete delivery. We strongly recommend you check with your local customs authority to find out more before placing your order.

WHAT IS SHIPPING COST FOR MY ORDERS?

The shipping cost depending on country of orders which will appear upon check-out.

Free shipping for all orders over €159 inside EU countries not including remote / extended areas.

Remote/ Extended Areas

Our carriers UPS charge a surcharge for delivery to remote and extended areas that is outside of our control. These areas are non-standard shipping destinations and you will be notified of this when you enter your postcode at the checkout.

MY PARCEL HAS BEEN REDIRECTED TO WIWORLDANDI, WHAT DO I DO?

Parcels are sometimes redirected back to our warehouse in Spain this can occur due to the following reasons:

o Illegible address

o Incorrect address

o Failed delivery attempts

o Refused by recipient

o Unpaid customs charges

o Damaged in transit

If we receive the parcel back at our warehouse we will contact you to find a suitable solution. 

If you see that your parcel has been redirected via your tracking code then please reach out to info@wiworldandi.com and we will find a suitable solution.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL YET IN EXPECTED DATE,WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include a track number so that you can follow your parcel.

If your parcel is set as delivered but you haven't received the parcel or received an e-mail regarding your parcel being delivered to a parcel shop, please reach out to info@wiworldandi.com.

If the status of your parcel has not changed in a few days, please reach out to info@wiworldandi.com In this case, we will contact the delivery service.

This is the unique gifts from WIWORLDANDI. Sometimes, we
put a gift like yoga towels, straps as a gift for repeated purchasing

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please reach out to info@wiworldandi.com straight away and we will help you to the best of our ability. Please note, usually we are unable to adjust addresses if the order has already shipped out from our warehouse.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER RO SHIP?


Orders received before 15:00 Madrid time on a business day will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after 15:00 Madrid time will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email or mobile message from UPS with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel while it is on its way to you.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order
gets shipped out so you can follow the progress of your delivery. We ship our
orders through UPS, but it might be delivered by one of their local partners
depending on which country the order is shipped to.

WHAT IS WIWORLDANDI’S RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns for purchases made from this website only. A return request must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Please kindly note that Wiworldandi is unable to accept returns of item(s) that has been used or damaged after being received. Item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging and with all original tags attached, we recommend reusing the original packaging as it is the ecological way to go. For non-faulty item(s), please kindly note that we will not be able to cover the cost of initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure the return goods are insured for the full value until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods. Please keep in mind that the return from outside of the EU,the customer will be fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes would be charged to them directly if any should arise. If we are requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned good, so we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.

We do not provide direct exchanges. We kindly ask you to return your order within 15 days and we will refund you for your original purchase so that you can place a new order on https://wiworldandi.com at your own convenience.

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND PROCESS TAKE?

If your return passes inspection you will receive a confirmation email, typically within 2 business days from the time we’ve received the returned goods in our warehouse. (If the returned items do not pass inspection, a customer service team member will be in touch.) Refunds will be processed within 3- 5 days after the confirmation email is sent. Please note that at this time we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A WIWORLDANDI PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER?

CAN I USE MY WIWORLDANDI YOGA MAT OUTSIDE?

Our mats are not intended for outdoor use. The rubber | polyurethane |Plant based material are all sensitive to the UV from Sun. However, few times short time
use will not damage your mats.

IS THERE ANY SMELL FROM WIWORLDANDI YOGA MATS?

Although Wiworldandi yoga mat don’t really have strong rubber smell.

But everyone has different sensitivities, so please see the instruction before first use.

WHERE ARE WIWORLDANDI YOGA MATS MADE?

Most of Wiworldandi Yoga Mats are made in Asia in compliance with all global standard SMATA environmental, labor and consumer safety laws. Our production manager joins each producing period to ensure our yoga mats are produced with wiworldandi EU
standard according to BV® certifications.

WHEN WILL THAT RUBBER SMELL GO AWAY?

The rubber smell will dissipate over time. Although Wiworldandi yoga mat don’t really have strong rubber smell.

For most people the slight rubber smell from mats will go away in 1 to 2 weeks, but for some people who have sensitive nose, the best way to accelerate this process is to air the mat out in a well ventilated area - maybe even in front of a fan.

But not in direct sunlight.

WHICH SIDE OF YOGA MATS IS TOP LAYER

WIMATS | SOULMAT | TOUCHMAT: The Color side which is texture side.

EKĀNTA MAT: Both sides can be used as top layer.

 CAN I USE BASE LAYER TO PRACTICE WITH?

SOULMAT, WIMAT, TOUCHMAT: We don’t recommend you use rubber base to practice however you can use them as well.

EKĀNTA MAT:You can use any side to practice with. As it is reversible yoga mats

IS THERE LATEX IN WIWORLDANDI YOGA MATS?

Although Wiworldandi Yoga Mats are 99% latex free, as they are from rubber trees, there may be trace amounts of latex proteins in the mats especially the rubber base, so we recommend persons with latex allergies avoid contact with our mats.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY OLD YOGA MAT?
Bring your old yoga mat to next level:
1.Join the www.terracycle.com or look for resues www.freecycle.org

2.Hang it horizontally in your garage to keep car doors from scraping the walls.

3.Place under an area rug for no-slip gripping

4.Use it as a kitchen mat in front of the stove or sink.

5. Lay it under your sleeping bag on your next camping trip; it won't provide much in the way of cushioning, but at least you won't feel every rock and stick.

6. Scrub the heck out of it, then cut it up as liners for shelves and drawers.

7. Make it into floor covers for the backseat area so your kids' muddy shoes and cleats won't ruin your mats.

8. Carpet the tree house!

9. Cut it into small circles and use them under furniture legs to protect the floor.

10. Wrap it around that attic beam or basement pole you keep running into.

11. Put it under the litter box so the cat won't track stuff all over the floor.

12. Cut it to fit under slippery rugs to keep them in place. 13. Put it under the stationary bike or treadmill to protect the floor from sweat and machine-induced scratches.

14. Use them to make comfortable sleeping places for puppies, cats and adult dogs.

15. Lay it on the laundry room floor in front of the dryer so dropped clothes stay clean.

16. Cut it into circles and use them as jar openers.

17. Put a piece in the trunk of your car to keep groceries, boxes, and sports equipment from banging around.

18. Put a square under your pet's food and water dishes to keep the bowls from skittering (and splashing) all over the floor.

19. Cut out shapes of fruits, veggies, and animals, and put them to work as hot pads under pots and pans.

20. Use it as a kneeling pad to keep your knees happy and clean when you're working in the garden.

21. Lay it by the pool so your feet don't get all grassy (or cement fried) when you step out.

22. Roll it out under your beach towel—that sand is always harder than it looks, isn't it?

23. Cut it into circles to put under leaky planters and flowerpots to protect the furniture or floor.

24. Use it as a cushioned drop cloth for your next big painting or refurbishing project.

25. Trim out a large rectangle, fold it in half, stuff some newspaper or foam in between, and use Crazy Glue to seal the sides. Voilà: a stadium seat pad!

26. Wrap pieces of it around sharp chair legs, table corners, and fireplace hearths for instant baby proofing.

27. Let the kids use their safety scissors to cut out fun shapes and glue magnets to the backs.

28. Mouse Pads: Cut it up into new mouse pads for everyone in the house.

29. KneePads: Cutting out pieces and use it under knees as extra cushion when getting into some posture like Camel Pose.

30. Insoles: Make your shoes more comfortable by cutting up old yoga mats as insoles

HOW YOU PLANT A TREE WHEN I BUY A MAT?

After you've placed your order you will first receive a confirmation email from us about your order, with a receipt of your purchase. You will also receive a separate email with the title 'WIWORLDANDI' offered you a tree on Tree-Nation.

For every Yoga MAT you buy from our store, we will plant 1 tree (example: 5 Yoga Mats = 5 trees).

If you do not see it in your inbox, please check under promotions or your spam inbox. Your email will contain a link that will take you to our tree nation page where you can plant your tree.

Once you've planted your tree, you can leave us a message, read about the species of tree you planted, its CO2 offset and what planting project you contributed to.
